Regulations
As with most communities in Massachusetts, Watertown has enacted its own tobacco control regulations. The goal of the regulations is to prevent minors from taking on this addiction.
The sale of any tobacco products (including nicotine delivery products) in Watertown requires a permit from the Health Department. Applicants need to complete this Tobacco Products Sales Permit Application (PDF).
