THE FY 2025 CPA FUNDING APPLICATION CYCLE IS CLOSED

Project Eligibility Forms are accepted on a rolling basis.

Before applying for Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds, please read the entire CPA application package, which includes the: 

If you have received notification of eligibility or have a phased project and are permitted to submit an off-cycle application, you may complete and submit the CPA Funding Application. Before preparing your CPA Funding Application, thoroughly review the Submission Requirements Checklist to gather the required attachments applicable to your project and all the information requested on the application form. Plan accordingly to ensure you meet the October 18, 2024, application deadline. No applications will be accepted after that date.

Before submittal of your application, please review it for completeness. Use the Submission Requirements Checklist to make certain all required materials are included with your application form. Seek guidance from the Community Preservation Coordinator if you are unsure about whether an attachment is required. Incomplete applications may be delayed or denied funding.
