Overview
Chief Ryan Nicholson serves as the Emergency Management Director for the City of Watertown. As Director, Chief Nicholson works with several city departments including Police, Health, and the Department of Public Works to not only respond to natural and man-made disasters, but to develop mitigation and response plans.
